Use this form to request a booking of the 3rd Brentwood minibus for your Scouting event. Please complete this form with as much detail as possible as it will help us process your request and hopefully confirm your booking for you as soon as possible.

The cost to use the minibus is £0.80 per mile (£0.90 per mile if towing). This charge includes your fuel costs as all fuel is paid for using our fuel card. Drivers must be aged between 30 and 65 years old.

All information provided in this booking request will form the basis of our contract for your use of the minibus, and the consents that you provide on this form will be upheld. A copy of any information that you submit in the booking request will be sent to you on submission (optionally).
